Secondary apps saying LORs are not in

I submitted all my LORs to AMCAS by June 9, and got it verified on June 9. However, after creating several secondary applications, all of them said that my LORs have not been received yet. Is this because AMCAS just sent them to medical schools yesterday (July 1)? Is this a cause for concern?
