Seeing the same interviewee at different interviews

It has happened to me many times and I think it's funny. I also think it's kind of cool because it gives you something to talk about.

I saw the same guy at my Temple interview and Georgetown one. I saw a different guy at my Temple interview and Jefferson one.

I saw this girl at my MCW interview and Georgetown one. I saw this other girl at my Drexel interview and Georgetown one. Finally, I saw this third girl at my Drexel interview and Jefferson one.

Has anyone else had these coincidences? It feels like some schools are the same when you see the same person at different interviews. 🙂

Yep - it's oddly comforting, isn't it?

Saw the same girl at two New England schools within a week of each other...guess we were doing the pre-Thanksgiving circuit!

Not really. Although on a side note, I saw so many hot girls interviewing it was crazy. I look forward to working with them in medical school and beyond. 😉

i have just met people on sdn at my interviews....at least the anticipation of knowing someone on sdn and then meeting them is always kinda cool.

Dude, which interviews were these??? Cuz I have yet to seen a single hot girl at any of my interviews! Well... actually there was this 40-year old businesswoman at Pritzker who I thought was slithering HOT, but...

it happened to me at all my interviews (except the first of course). It was good fun, cuz we talked about acceptances rejections from the prior school, plus it was nice to have someone to talk to during the boring parts of the interview days.

I met a dude from Brown who was pretty cool. He's actually the only person I met (at 3 consecutive interviews) and his flight leaving the last interview that I saw him at was at the same time as mine. It was pretty cool; almost like seeing a friend in an otherwise really foreign place.

I saw this girl from U of Rochester at USC, this guy from U of Rochester at Georgetown, met the roommate of an interviewee at Rochester at GW, and met the same guy at NYU and Cornell. Weird coincidences ...

Interestingly, at one of my DO interviews we got to see an OMM lab in progress. Everyone was half-naked in their t-shirts and shorts. Guys were practicing manipulations on girl classmates that were lying down half naked on the table. Doctors were overseeing the whole thing and guiding the manipulators.

A very interesting experience. Just another benefit for student DOs...😉
