sending additional LORs?

So is there any point in sending additional LORs to schools I'm waiting on? I walked out of a final yesterday and the prof practically chased me down the hall to offer me a LOR, I might take him up on the offer but I don't know if there's any point to it, it's not like I saved a burning village or discovered an allele, I just did well in a physio class..

anybody else sending extra LORs? I'm on the waitlist at 2 schools and waiting to hear back post-secondary from two of my top choices.. I was planning on sending an update letter to let them know what i've been up to since June but I'm just not sure if more letters from professors will help or not..

Definitely send them. It shows interest. I've sent an extra letter to all the schools that haven't rejected me yet.
