Sending Letters to Schools Using Interfolio

Ok, so I'm done with my application, have been verified and have all of my letters uploaded to Interfolio. Despite researching on here and elsewhere, though, I can't seem to figure out exactly how to send the letters to DO schools (I'm only applying DO) using Interfolio. I don't have to send the letters to AACOMAS do I? I know that AMCAS handles MD letters. When I try to find an institution using Interfolio it can't recognize any of the DO schools.

lmu-debusk came up immediately for me, I'm sure the rest do as well. I just tried a few samples and they work fine

Ok, I've been trying a few more and most have come up. Marian and Pikeville haven't for some reason though and they both accept letters via Interfolio. When I need to send the letters is it really as easy as selecting the school through that process though? I feel like MD applicants have to go through a lot more technicalities.

isnt interfolio like 6 bucks everytime you sent 1 letter to a school?

I looked into it last year and I ended up having the writers mail them directly to each school... a lot cheaper...

The value in interfolio is the flexibility to change who you want to send things to without having to trust a busy doctor/professor to print and mail another one
