Is it okay for me to send letter of recommendations to all the schools I applied to even though I have not received secondary application invitations for most of them? I'm afraid if I ask my professors to send one at a time they will get lazy and/or forget. Will the school file them once they get there since my primary applications are there already or will my LOR get misplaced? Thank you.

I would wait for the secondaries from the school(s) before sending out LORs.

Many if not most schools ask that you send a cover letter in with LORs so that it is easier to keep them together with your file. If you send in letters before they even have made a file for you, there is a risk that they will lose them.
