Sending OAT Score reports/authorization

I took the OAT in August, and I am slightly confused about sending my scores. When I signed up for the OAT, I selected to have my scores sent to all optometry schools in the United States. Now, I am working on the supplementary application for UAB and it is asking if I have "released my scores to UAB" and "what date were they released?" Does simply selecting to have my scores sent to all optometry scores ensure that they will get there? I also read that sometimes you have to pay an additional fee to get scores sent, or must fill out an authorization form in order for the schools to see the score reports. Does this apply to me even though I already selected to have my scores sent when I signed up to take the OAT? And how do you know when the schools receive your scores?
