My cGPA and sGPA were 3.90 and 3.89 respectively at the time of applying and they're now 3.87 and 3.90 respectively.

Would sending a final transcript hurt or help my chances? I was thinking that despite the slight decline, the senior grades would show that I take my school work seriously even when the grades aren't of much importance.

are tryin to send this to schools you were wait-listed at? if so, it wont help you at all and it would hurt.

Admissions committees probably won't subscribe to the idea that grades aren't of much importance after being accepted (and assuming you haven't been, you probably shouldn't either) and thus will only see your GPA decrease as a negative.
