Click to expand... my guidebook says, # of out-of-state applicants enrolled/total enrolled for 1999-2000: Baylor: 38/167 (23%) Texas A&M: 3/78 (4%) Texas Tech: 2/123 (2%) UTMB: 5/200 (3%) UTHouston: 2/215 (1%) UTSA: 9/200 (5%) UTSouthwestern: 20/203 (10%) whether the extremely low percentages are due to self-selection, i'm not sure, but i would assume that they can't go over 10% except for Baylor ..
