Sfmatch batchmerge email

So I had all of my materials reported as uploaded to sfmatch on August 23rd. However, I just got the batchmerge email confirming that all of my materials are available for viewing by program directors last Wednesday, Sept. 18th. Does that mean all my app hasn't been available for that time? In the past couple of weeks I have received a couple emails from residencies that they have received my app, so this leaves me a bit confused. Thanks for any input.

You're positive that every single one of your materials were "uploaded" a couple weeks ago? None of them just said "received?" Cuz I definitely got the batchmerge email and the 100% uploaded status within a few hours of each other, and that was 15 days after my docs were delivered to the SF match office.
As to the programs emailing you, that does not necessary mean that can download your app when they send that, it is possible that they just see that you applied (which happens as soon as you pay SF match to apply). There's an older thread from a year ago where a program coordinator was on here and explained it, I will post it here if I find it

Also, if you are sure that everything was "uploaded" in August, I really wouldnt worry. Only a couple schools have given out offers, so it's still early!

I was wondering about this as well since I also got another batchmerge email, even though the original one I got was almost a month ago and I have already had programs say they have received my app and I have received an interview invite. I called SFmatch and the guy there said it was some sort of glitch or something that had to do with my school editing or uploading parts of my deans letter and not to worry about it.

Thanks guys, figured out it was the deans letter update. I looked through my email and had a previous batchmerge email when it was uploaded, guess I looked over it. Thanks again
