Hi, I'm looking at Ped ORL fellowship, but not sure about going for one, since my program has strong Ped faculty and heavy ped rotation, I can practice General ORL and do lots of Ped procedures without the need of fellowship.
I might have second thought, though. Then there should be some vacancy after the match (SFmatch).
Do I need to register for a SFmatch account prior the match (even I don't participate/rank a program) in case I need to contact vacancy spots after the match? I overheard some restrictions that the communication are allowed only thru SFmatch (CV, all letters must be in SF system), even after the match in May. It could be late by then to open an SFmatch account.
