Hey everyone!

I'm hoping to start my shadowing and volunteer hours soon and was wondering about documentation. How are people documenting their hours to show schools what they've done? Is there a form I need to have? I've been looking around for one on AOTA but haven't been able to find anything....

I'm hoping to start my shadowing and volunteer hours soon and was wondering about documentation. How are people documenting their hours to show schools what they've done? Is there a form I need to have? I've been looking around for one on AOTA but haven't been able to find anything....

I made a spreadsheet in Excel, kind of like a timesheet and had the OT sign and initial each day I shadowed. Most schools will accept it, unless they have their own forms. You should check with each school first.
