Shadowing log/signatures?

Hello fellow pre-dental students!

I have been shadowing a general dentist and periodontist for a while now and wanted to know how I should get their signature on the google sheets I've been logging my hours on. Do I print a physical copy and get it signed by them? Do I get a digital signature? How does it work for submitting to dental schools?

I hope this makes sense! Thanks a lot.

Theres a subsection titled experience or extracurriculars or something. Here you will say what you did, for how long, and what type of activity (I.e., volunteering, shadowing, etc.), followed by an explanation of the activity. No signatures required.
