Greetings! I'm currently a senior and looking for employment as an optician. If I'm working for a doctor, would I still need to "shadow" even though I'm working for a doctor? Also how do you go about shadowing? Do you log your own hours or the doctor normally knows the importance of shadowing? How many doctors to shadow? Shadowing is equivalent to a non-paid internship? Thanks
