shadowing?

How do u go about shadowing a doc?? I volunteer in the NICU and I love it...but i wouldn't mind shadowing a doctor in addition to volunteering in the summer...
any ideas?

uhhhhh.... email some physicians, talk with some physicans in your hospital, ask the people you work with if you could do something with the doctors...
