When I'm relaxed and having fun like when doing animal dissections in anatomy my hands don't shake at all. However, when I am nervous whether it was when I was giving myself a subcutaneous injection or when I was pipetting in front of my research mentor, or even presenting something in my English class. I get really shaky. I do take adhd medicine, but i also never have coffee. I am pretty confident that 95% of this has to do with anxiety. Does anyone have any advice/ tip/ recommendations to help lessen this issue?
