Hello!

Are you at least 18 years of age and interested in participating in an online research study? If so, you are invited to take part in a research study sponsored by Seattle Pacific University. The purpose of this study is to investigate shame. If you agree to participate in the study, you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire about your behavior.

The study will take little time to complete, a maximum of 60 minutes. Upon completion of the survey, you will have the option of being entered into a drawing for one of five $20 Amazon gift cards. To participate, please click on the URL link below to be directed to a secure online questionnaire site.

If the URL link does not directly take you to the website by clicking on it, please copy and paste the link in your browser.

None of the information you provide will be connected back to you. All survey responses will be kept confidential. You will not be asked for your name or any other personally identifiable information. The information in the study records will be kept confidential. No one will see your responses except for the researcher. If you choose to be entered into the drawing for one of five $20 Amazon gift cards, you will be redirected to a separate survey to enter your contact email address.
