That's weird! Do you think they mean the pharmCAS send the second score to the school? Anyways, did you have your second interview yet?
yeh they could mean that they just received the sept score im not sure. my sept score sucks tho idk if i'll get an interview. i had my other interviews already but i have to wait 3-4 weeks to hear back so im hoping to get more interviews cuz the wait is killing me 🙁 I reallllly need to be accepted before christmas or it'll be sad lol

That's funny, I got accepted into Howard program but I rather go Ashburn campus because I live right down the road from them!! No word from Shenandoah since the first email I received on Oct 3rd stating that my Pharmcas was received...😡

I submitted my PharmCas end of July and supplemental fee around end of Aug and did not get an interview until end of Sept. I was interviewed on Oct 21st and got my acceptance on Oct 31st! 🙂
1) I have a friend that goes there and that's how I know about this school! People are really nice and sweet there!
2) There are 4 residency program and MBA dual program.It is a typical 4 year program.

I received an interview invite couple weeks ago and I was torn whether I should go or not because I might not even attend this school. I believe their interview session starts today. I guess I'll just keep marinating until I reach a decision...

thanks guys 🙂 yeh I waited for foreverrr to hear back from this school. But I actually just sent my deposit this week for Northstate and I don't have anymore money for airline tickets lol. So most likely I won't be going to the interview here though u guys are all so nice wish we were classmates!
edit: i just checked out u guys' fb page, wow 15 members already? northstate only has like 5 ppl !

Ashburn campus is situated in the suburban of Northern Virginia, 40 minutes away from Washington D.C. I live around here and I can tell you, the area has a dense population with a lot of traffic but no night life. If you want to hit nice bars, lounges, and clubs, you have to go downtown DC or surrounding areas.
so i sent a request to be in the facebook group last week and i havent gotten approved yet... i did notice a lot of Californians though!
LOL! Usually Cindy get back to you pretty fast! Probably busy though! There is a lot of CA especially Ashburn campus! What part of CA r u from? R u set to go to SU? I finally got an interview in Midwestern IL, but I am thinking of turning it down... because IL is pretty saturated and the tuition is really expensive! I guess the good thing is that you can do rotation in CA!
I thought she was pretty fast too, now im worried about why she didnt approve me! haha! maybe I will message her 😳
I would be so happy attending Shenandoah but if i get accepted to midwestern it'll be a hard decision. You make some really great points for turning down midwestern. I'm about 2 hours away from LA. but i went to school up north. hopefully i get in the fb group soon!

I would go through SDN question! This interview is very chill! They will for sure ask Why pharmacy, and Why Ashburn or Shenandoah. They are really nice and sweet! It is closed file and they just want to get to know you! 🙂 Hope this help! Good luck 🙂
I mean there is always pro and con on each school! I would prefer price over location. Once you are in pharmacy school, you will have no time to play. 🙁 Shenandoah is cheaper than Midwestern by like 16K per year. And I believe once you get a license, you can work most of the east coast area vs Midwestern you can't. (Someone correct me if I am wrong). Also living cost in VA is cheaper. I would only go if it is Midwestern AZ, NV, and UCD (CO). Anyways, I hope you will choose Shenandoah! I mostly would go there! When r u going to find out if you get into IL?

I declined my interview offer with Shenandoah since I have interview on the same day with MCPHS 🙄 don't know if it's a right decision or not ...
There are some post MCPHS Vs. Shenandoah! It really depends on how you like 3 yrs vs 4 yrs program! The stats of getting into Shenandoah is 80% if you get an interview!! They are very friendly and sweet! I am for sure the pros over the cons!! 🙂 Good luck on MCPHS! Why You decide to go on a interview in PCOM GA (that one is not full credit right?) vs. Shenandoah it is full credit .Good luck anyways!

no more money for flights lol after interview with MCpHS I'm going back to CA for vacation too ahah
PCOM GA is closer to home , plus it's kinda more urban feel ...

The interview is 2-1! Afterward you are done. Well after you pass the State board exam, you can work couple state along the east coast, but Midwestern can only work in IL.. but correct me if I am wrong.
After passing the NAPLEX if you want to work in another state like CA you have to pass an additional test to be licensed in that state. So i dont think you have to stay in IL. But yeah i havent heard from them yet! Oh btw I just got added to the fb group. yay!

Yay!!! Anyways, I was thinking that once you pass the board in IL, you can only work in IL..but vs. Shenandoah, once you pass the board, you can work along the east coast. Correct me if I am wrong. 😛 Anyways, Are you done with all the pre-req?
