Now that my application is verified, I am .66 units short of my English requirement based on the way AACOMAS organized my classes. Since I'm already verified and complete, can I not be offered secondaries or interviews to the schools which requirements I do not meet?

Prerequisites are generally a matriculation requirement, not application requirement.

This means that you would be responsible (unless exempted) to complete the courses prior to actually starting medical school.
