Should I add another letter?

Hi everyone. I am currently going through the MD and DO application process and I was wondering if I should upload another letter of recommendation. I capped out on the normal letters of recommendations but I have worked full time as a medical scribe and can get a solid letter of recommendation from several doctors (many have offered). I was wondering if I send this letter as an update, would it impact me negatively since I will technically have 6+ LOR. Thank you in advance!

From what I see on the forums, MD letters are mostly fluff so I would say pick 1MD letter from the doc who knows you best and can best describe you and your qualities. If you have a DO letter, add it for DO schools because they love that ****.
