hello,

So I just recently took this Fall semester off to take my DAT and recieved theses scores:
PAT:18
QR:22
RC:19
OC: 20
BIO:17
TS: 18
AA:19

I have a 4.0 GPA, am a psychology major. I still have physics, biochem, anatomy and microbio left to complete. Should I still attempt to apply this upcoming summer or wait till I finish more prerequisites?

I also have 4 W's on my transcript, 3 from my current college and 1 from when I transferred.

Thank you and any advice would be great!

I think you should take couple more pre requirements and depending on which school u want to go possibly retake the DAT? I think your sciences are just tab bit low. But if you want to shoot for lower end school you should be fine I think.

Plenty of people get in with a 19AA. It all depends what else you have going for you in your app and how much hard science exposure you've hard.

To be honest having a 19AA with a 4.0 makes it look like you went to an easier undergrad program, and also I think it would be best if you had a reason for the Ws you could explain to the schools since 4 is quite a bit and they might think you were just trying to protect your 4.0. If it were me I'd go for a retake if you feel like you could score higher and prepare better.

Consider your ECs; numbers aren't everything, and even if they were, your DAT is below the average of matriculated applicants. Prove you can maintain that 4.0 after those sciences! 😉
