I've been volunteering at the same hospice throughout undergrad and marked this activity as one of my most meaningful activities.
Only thing is that I visit the patients by myself and do not have as many encounters with my supervisor as I'd like. I usually email him once a month to send all of my volunteer notes for that month and met him in person maybe 3 or 4 times in total(two times where he visited a patient with me, and two times while participating some social activity.). He is very nice though and offered to write me a letter when we met last time without me asking.
Would it be a red flag if I don't have a letter from my most meaningful activities? I would have to give up other letters, which I had much more encounters with the letter writers, to fit under the # of letters requirement if I were to include a letter from hospice. Thank you in advance!
