Should I e-submit?

Hey guys,

So I have everything pretty much done and am ready to submit, but I am still waiting on that one last transcript to come in. I checked with the school and they said they mailed it out on the 15th. Since I'm from CA and the AADSAS is all the way in MA it should take some time.

My question is should I just wait till I have everything ready before I submit or just go ahead and submit? Will I still be considered 1st batch if my transcript doesn't come in within next week? Thanks for the advice guys!

I might hold it off so I can contact schools on monday about their fee waiver for supplements (since some schools say they require you to pay for the supplements right away).
