Should I list Phlebotomy training in my clinical hours?

Pretty much the title of the post here explains it.

How many hours do you have total? How many of those hours are the phlebotomy training? Was this paid time on the job or something else?

Classroom training no. Clinical training yes.
Most phlebotomy certification courses involves both in classroom and 24+ hours of on-site hospital training where you are drawing blood. The latter is clinical as you are actively working in a hospital/clinic and drawing blood from patients.

I'd count hours during which you were drawing blood *from patients* under supervision as clinical hours. Fold this into the hours you've worked/volunteered as a phlebotomist.
