What was your GPA when you applied last year? Did you have your 20 AA DAT last cycle? Did you do any significant ECs/shadowing/volunteering with this past year?
If your GPA, DAT score, and ECs did not improve much from your last cycle, I would just wait until the next cycle. I would still try to complete the program in a year so that when you apply early next year they will have all your grades. Do well in the program and also try to get a strong committee letter.
Keep me updated with how the OHS goes! I am considering the program for myself next year as well.

I wouldn't apply again until 2018 - you're going to need completed Master's coursework for your chances to change, and if you apply this cycle at best you'll only have a semester's worth post-December (where your odds will be naturally lower).
