Medical Should I take separate Anatomy and Physiology after taking a combined A&P

Will it matter if I take separate Anatomy and Physiology courses after taking a combined Anatomy/Physiology course over 7 years ago? I am going back for a post bacc and intend to apply PA and DO. Not sure how this would work with course repetition rules or if they would be considered separate in my GPA calculations.

Sometimes the combined A&P is like a beginner course and is not a full 2-semester A&P. Either way, if you took it again it would count in your GPA.
