Should I use different letters of rec?

I've received all letters of rec for medical school applications for this term BUT I recently got my MCAT score and it wasn't so good (500, GPA 3.02)...so I'm thinking of applying to some SMPs or similar programs and they need letters of rec as well, BUUUT their applications are due next year. Should I use different letters of rec seeing as that I graduated in 2014? I was thinking of taking one class at a university soon, and using that professor because by the time I apply, I would have graduated so long ago! Or will they be fine with these same letters? I also feel weird asking my professors to send letters to another program, showing I didn't get into medical school, but I probably just need to grow up haha. Thanks!
