Should i waive my evaluation letter?

How does this impact? I'm not sure if I should waive the right to access evaluation or not.

You should waive it. If you don't it won't hold as much weight because the letter writer may feel the need to say/not say certain things since you'll be able to read it.

Yup. Waive your rights to view LOR. It increases significant amount of weight.
