Would anyone like to comment on schools that will send out rejections versus silent rejections?

Would anyone like to comment on schools that will send out rejections versus silent rejections?

I applied to Nova last year and was complete in mid-August. I heard nothing but silence until late June of this year when they finally sent a rejection letter. I also have people in my class who are just now getting rejection letters from WVSOM.
