sleep fellowship via psychiatry

I am currently a PGY-1 psychiatry resident and is interested in doing a sleep fellowship. Please advise on requirments for sleep fellowship as well as competitiveness and psych friendly programs. If anyone has done sleep fellowship via psych before, please share your experience and what if any research you did during residency. thank you in advance!

Try to get exposure to the sleep clinic at your home program by PGY3 year because of timing of applying to fellowship
