I was accepted for HPSP Army scholarship back in May. Of course the scroll is taking a while, as I've seen is pretty standard. My school has released it's booklist, and I'm trying to order them. If my scroll doesn't come in for a while, is this going to create a problem with reimbursement? What is the procedure if the scroll still hasn't come in yet by the time school starts? This could be a problem...
