First of all...this program is a piece of crap.
but i already bought it so, bleh why not use it.
Here are some problems that I thought I got right but they said it as wrong.

Help me out SDN'ers!

1. Which of the following is the strongest nucleophile?
A. Water
B. Carboxcylic acid
C. Alcohol
D. Alkene
E. Ketone

I thought C...but they say its B.

2. If the temperature of an endothermic reaction is increased by 10°, as a rule of thumb, which doubles?
A. Rate of reaction
B. Velocity of molecules
C. Concentration
D. Pressure
E. None of the above

So damn sure it's A..but they say D

3. Which bond would be least polar?

A. H-F
B. B-F
C. Ca-F
D. Cl-F
E. Al-F

Id put all my money on D...they said C.

4. At what temperature will a reaction be spontaneous ifΔH = -130 and ΔS = 200?

A. The reaction will never be spontaneous
B. At high temperatures
C. Only at low temperature
D. At any temperature
E. None of the above

Id say the answer is D, but acethedat says is B

4. What are the oxidation numbers of Na2O2?

A. Na2 +1, O2 -2
B. Na2 +2, O2 -2
C. Na2 +1, O2 +2
D. Na2 +2, O2 -1
E. Na2 +1, O2 -1

kinda need help on that...do we follow the oxidation rule kinda like peroxide ?

5. The products of triglyceride hydrolyisis by lipases in the intestine may include

A. Fatty acids
B. Diglycerides
C. Monoglycerides
D. All of the above
E. None of the above

Answer is C....but I thought triglyceride is only broke down to 1 gylycerol and 3 fatty acids...correct me if im wrong.


OVERALL ACETHEDAT IS A BIG JOKE! save your money people!
