Specializing Pediatric Dentistry Qualifications

I am currently a dental student and I was wondering what type of qualifications schools look for when one applies for a specializing program such as pediatric dentistry. Is there a certain minimum GPA or class rank that they look for?

EDIT: I've read through a couple of old SDN threads and it seems that there isn't a lot of updated information out there. If anyone has updated info (now that boards are pass/fail), please don't hesitate to post! 🙂
