The PM&R Residency Program at Stanford University has a PGY-3 position available for an outstanding resident candidate to start in July 2016.

Prerequisites:
- Expected or successful completion of PGY-2 year in an ACGME-accredited PM&R program.

Interested candidates should email the following ASAP:
· A brief cover letter explaining your interest in this position and, if applicable, the reason for leaving your current residency program.
· Curriculum Vitae
· USMLE Scores (Step 1, Step 2 CK & CS, and Step 3) or COMLEX
· ERAS application including MSPE and medical school transcript
· Letters of recommendation
· A copy of your PGY-1 certificate of completion and medical school diploma
· Rotations completed or that will be completed in PGY-2 year

The Stanford PM&R Residency will prepare you for a career in private practice, research or academic medicine. The program features:
· A curriculum of didactic course work, inpatient and outpatient clinical experiences, and elective time.
· A learning environment that fosters the development of your clinical skills and academic abilities in all areas of rehabilitation medicine.
· A balance between outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation experience, including subspecialty rehabilitation programs.
· Extensive EMG and musculoskeletal medicine training.
· Musculoskeletal ultrasound training.
· A large, varied patient population and close working relationships with a large staff of physiatrists.
· The opportunity to form collegial relationships with internationally recognized experts in many related medical and surgical specialties.
