Devyn, I wanted to elect you because I am a drunk as well (as any professor who saw me on the last day of classes can attest to), but alas whiskey and I have never gotten along. Now if someone were to promise me tequila... they could probably get more than just my vote

For the record, I work noon-8ish every weekday. Tomorrow, I start early at 11 CDT. 🙁 I am work's beyotch until June, unfortunately. However, there are days when I get chances here and there to pop online. HOWEVER, sometimes it's impossible to catch up/keep up with what's going on (*cough*memewars*cough*), so bear with me. 🙄

Gonna have to disagree, but yes I always feel like by not liking whiskey I am somehow not as hardcore as I would like to be.

The problem is is I try to copy paste the list, but then when I modify, I don't remember to copy! First time modding... I'm trying m'best.

I'm not a fan either. Although, it's been like 4 years since I last had it. Not a huge fan of tequila either. Sometimes I'm okay with it, but most of the time bleh. Maybe I just keep running into crappy stuff. Now, give me Rumple Minze and I'll be happy. Assuming the smell of it doesn't make me gag now. I'll be very sad if that's the case. =(

As soon as you post the updated list, quote that post in another tab. Then you don't have to scroll back to look for the most updated list in the thread.

I've tried to like whiskey because the hubby loves it. I just can't get past the initial whiff - I breathe it in and feel the alcohol on the back of my throat and start coughing.

He loves it though, so hopefully I'm cool enough by association?

Busy...work was a complete disaster today. Now I am at dinner. I should be home soon but I am probably going to head to bed early tonight. I will get your death as soon as I get home.

I think last Saturday was specifically created for me. After finishing the last physics exam of my life😱, I got to day drink and watch a horse race😎, then I drank margaritas and tequila jello shots :laugh: before going to an Irish bar where I met a bunch of beautiful Marines😍😍😍😍😍 in their dress blues:clap: who were from like 10 minutes from my hometown.

Sorry this is super tangentially related, but horses + tequila + bonus hot boys = best day ever

As long as you do not commit alcohol abuse by barfing on it like DVM does then you are cool. It is only when you intentionally hurt an innocent alcohol that I get angry. :laugh:

Sounds like an awesome day.
For me alcohol and guys with accents makes for a perfect day. I get so ridiculously happy anytime I hear someone speak who is from the UK, Ireland or Australia. Which made my year studying abroad in England amazing. Although, I never did understand the locals...their accents are ridiculous.
Part of me is really hoping my ex moves here to the US and we miraculously get back together. He was born in Germany but moved to the UK when he was like 15 and has a perfect Yorkshire accent. He told me he would drop the British accent if he moved to the US and I yelled at him.

(I'm actually procrastinating... which the amount of work I need to do correlates positively with the amount of WW posts I write)

I've been getting the feeling that she just doesn't sleep in general. She has special powers that I need her to pass along to me so I can survive vet school.

Yeah WW and sleep do not mix - it is currently 3:30 AM - I was planning on going to bed an hour ago. opps!
 
I don't really drink. Like at all. I think I've had 2 drinks my entire life.
