Starting pay and benefits

I'll be a new graduate pharm.D starting sep or october. And i currently work for kroger as an intern. I'll be meeting with my district manager in a couple of weeks for the big talk on benefits package etc.

My question is: what is the normal starting pay for community pharmacies these days. Two of my friends started at 96 K at kroger. I just wanted to know cuz then i'll know when i need to start negotiating for a better salary/benefits package. Oh and I live in MI.

Salary.com is your friend. Most of us here wouldnt be able to answer your question as our markets do not apply to yours. In addition, maybe you can ask your old mentors or pharmacists that you have worked with and your friends who have already got their benefit packages.
