I'm already quarter into my preclinical years of med school.

Time really flys and I think it'd be nice if I can get started with prepping for Step 1.

Obviously I don't know enough pathologies to get into full fledged studying mode for Step1, but I'd like to complement my regular course load with Step 1 prepping because I already feel I'm forgetting what I learned from Biochem, Immuno, ect.

Is there any guide out there that can prevent and mitigate memory loss leading up to Step 1? Any recommendation on the materials I should use?

I looked into it but there are way too many and I don't know where to start or which would be good one to start with...FA, pathoma, firecracker, Qbank, High-Yield, BRS, too many to list...

Is there anything else that I can do other than briskly reviewing FA?

Any help would be GREAT as a 1st year prepping for Step 1.

Thanks all
