Hi All,

I am a new member. I will share a few details with you regarding my experience. I have taken the NBDE 1 twice. I got 75 and 81 respectively. I scored 103 in TOEFL. I have a BDS from India and 5 years of experience. With such a low score, please tell me if its worth applying anywhere. I have a GPA of 3.47. I will really appreciate any input. u have such a good toefl score and gpa. plz retake part 1 once again and do better this time. first time i got 83 in part 1 and second time i got 90. u can also do well. first tell me what materials were u studying, so according to that can guide you.

thanx for the reply dlrao. I studied decks 2006-2007 and released and unreleased ques bank and some topics from kaplans. I scored less in biochem-physio and micro-path. Plz, help me out..and guide me..

i studied usmle kaplan lecture notes for all subjects except microbiology,
read okeson for tmj and occlusion, use dental decks 2009, usmle first aid

other thing i wanted to know was how many times can i retake my part1 exam n after how much time gap, r there any conditions they put for this

starting from 2010 you will not be allowed to retake the NBDE exam once you pass.
