Are you currently a medical resident? If so, you may be able to participate in an exciting research study.
Audrey Bachman, M. A., a doctoral student at the University of Kentucky, and her faculty advisor, Dr. Nancy Harrington, are conducting a study on the experiences of medical residents as they assimilate into the academic health center environment. Specifically, they are interested in messages or advice you may have received about managing your job duties, personal health, and performance feedback during residency. If you are eligible, you will be asked to complete a 30-minute questionnaire. Once completed, you may choose to enter a drawing to win a $50 Amazon gift card.
Your participation in this study is voluntary, and you will be able to discontinue participation at any time. All survey responses will be kept confidential and pseudonyms will be used in any presented or published research reports. This study has been approved by the University of Kentucky Institutional Review Board (#42821).
