I feel like going at it for 10 hour straight actually negatively affects my memory. How do u guys study. Do u study for couple of hours and take a break?

I can only do the 10-12 hr thing right b/f the test and I still break it up with meals, workout, BS-ing.... etc. I'd go crazy if I had to do it every day (like many in my class )
