I'm looking for some advice on the MCAT. I plan on taking it 2018 in March or April (this is not set in stone). I originally started to prepare for the MCAT in July but I wasn't seeing any progress in my FL scores ( I was getting 491~495 🙁 I know that's bad). I got discouraged so I took a break. Now I'm trying to get back started but I have a full-time job. I'm confused on how to fit in the time to study while working and how to make this content "stick".

In terms of material, I have the entire 2016 TPR set for the new MCAT and a couple of old MCAT books.

My questions are:

1. What are you doing (or did) in one study session every day?
1a. how many passages you do every day?
2. How do you reinforce the content? do you use flashcards? tons of practice problems?both? other?
3. if you have a job like me, how many hours do you study a week?
4. Do you think it's more effective to study one subject at a time?

Any other advice would be helpful too.
