Here is my dilemma. Currently I am taking classes this summer. By submitting now, without my summer grades, I will have an overall GPA of 3.41 and BCPM GPA of 3.47. I am anticipating doing well in my summer classes, resulting in an overall GPA of 3.44 and BCPM of 3.53. My MCATs are ok, 11 in each section. Is the higher GPA worth waiting till Aug 10th to submit, or will submitting in August hurt me?

There seems to be this notion that submitting your primary (amcas) as early as humanly possible really speeds up the admission process, when really most people get late interview dates because they worked their asses off to submit amcas early and then sat on the secondaries for a month refining their essays/etc. I don't think you'll be too far behind if you wait to submit amcas but then make sure you turn those secondaries around post haste!
