Hi SDN!

I just had a quick question and could not find another post dealing with it.

Is it okay if I submit my primary around June 15th before my LoR get in? I had trouble getting some of my science profs to commit so I'm anticipating them to complete them by June 30th.

Does this hold me back in any way?

Cheers

Schools will consider your application incomplete without all of your documented LORs within your application. Through AACOMAS, you are required to document those writing your LORs. So without them, your application won't even be reviewed until they become available.

So you can go ahead and submit and you possibly will receive a few secondaries BUT the admissions committee won't actually look at anything in your application until it's complete. Not to mention that if they haven't written LORs yet and you don't end up receiving them, having them documented without an actual LOR would look a little odd.

My advice? Just wait until your LORs arrive and then submit. Submission in July is still early and you won't suffer any ill consideration.
