Should I apply within two weeks of receiving secondaries, or should I wait for the DO letter to come in. I asked the DO in June and she agreed, but I haven't gotten it yet. I sent her a reminder the other day, so I hope to have it soon, but I'm not sure if it'll be in before the two week period is over. Should I just send in my secondaries and have them left incomplete until the letter arrives? Will any schools send out ii before getting a DO letter, especially for solid stat applicants?
