Nice, I'm waiting and hoping to get mine financial aid appeal approved too.

Got my Fin. Aid approved. I see that I'm still learning how to be a student, meaning that my study habits may have gotten better. For the test previous to the one I took test yesterday, I spent WAYYY too many hours in the library that didn't yield the results that they should have. I got an 88(A-) on the test but I felt brain dead during it.

For this test I took yesterday, I spent way less time trying to read every portion of the book and studied for, what felt like, the least I ever have. I was actually just hanging around a day and a half before the test. I breezed through the test and if I didn't get a 100 I know I got at worst a 95. What sucks, 'tho, is that I figured this out late in the class. An A- is possible/plausible but that A may be out of my reach. I gotta figure out how to get fast starts in these classes instead of starting off slow and then having to pressure myself later in the class to get the A.

I know this is somewhat of a cool story bro but I wanted to tell it to someone who may understand/sympathize, and I know I'm way more likely to find people who understand on SDN than with my compadres.

I totally get it. My A is gone, unless I manage to pull a godly grade on the final. This crap is killing me. It's a huge adjustment going from being great at everything without trying to having to study more than I ever have in my LIFE and still not seeing the results I expect. Quite humbling. Hopefully I can pull my head out of my ass and do what I need to for a high-B.

I've made 4 trips to the International Space Station, discovered cures for 6 different types of cancer in a zero-gravity environment, and placed 1st in the Aussie, Cali, and Brazilian surfing competitions.

I have a relatively good summer. Taking Human Development and Anatomy, Animal Physiology, Cell Biology. For EC's I am volunteering at a Hospital, and working in a research lab. I am actually having a lot of fun this summer! I also try to go to the gym as often as I can.

It's my fist semester at university (as a junior transfer) and I'm taking Applied Behavior Analysis and Sociology. Seems easy, but summer b is kicking my ass! 🙁
