Summer Transcripts UCSF??

Hi I noticed UCSF wanted you to send in your summer trascripts. I took a class though during summer session II, just two econ classes to finish up my minor (Recieved 2 A's). By the time I finished the courses however I had already sent in my tnrascript to pharmCAS. So I was wondering would i still need to send my transcript to Summer session II to UCSF? I called and they said they wanted it through pharmCAS but from my understanding you can't update your pharmCAS right until after your fall grades are in?

ok.. i took a class during summer session as well (microbio lab), was i supposed to send this transcript report to pharmcas??

😕 YES!! Hopefully the person i talked to made a mistake, but he talked to people higher up and actually had to call me back. First he said maybe I could be offered an extension, but he called me back again saying that YES we do need to send in summer grades.

I submitted my transcripts to pharmCAS early for UOP and I am missing my Summ Session II grades, I didn't think it would be a big deal since I would just update my transcripts after Fall quarter on PharmCAS, but the person I talked to said yes we need to send them postmarked by Nov 1st To PHARMCAS.. not to UCSF. Totally confused 😕

I'm having the same problem. The whole situation is really confusing to me because UCSF and PharmCAS are telling me different things. UCSF said we need to turn in our summer transcripts to pharmCAS. but I submitted my pharmCAS app in mid july, before my summer classes were even completed. So when I called pharmcas, they told me that sending in my summer transcript wouldn't do anything since i already submitted my pharmcas and can't make changes to it until the academic update window. Anyways, I still rushed in my summer transcript to pharmcas anyway, but I have no idea if it will get there on time. I'm praying that it will.

When I talked the admissions counselor from ucsf yesterday, he said that if your summer transcript gets to ucsf before they start reviewing your file, then you should be ok. if not, then .... =( im so confused as to what they mean by that. haha

i just went to my school to ask them to fedex my summer transcript to pharmcas, unfortunately the fedex guy comes at 12pm so i missed him and my transcript will arrive at pharmcas on Nov 2nd then 🙁

how did u guys send-rush ur transcripts? you can't do it yourself right, the school needs to send it? thats what it says on the transcript request form.
