outside of the scope of this game but I have HORRENDOUS vision and can technically still see things when I'm driving without glasses or contacts. Not something I would ever do on purpose... but unless someone has limited peripheral vision or can't see stop lights or something, I'm not sure slightly fuzzy eyesight is a huge deal.

As far as I can tell the problem is my left eye has focusing issues

But yeah about threeish years ago I was applying for my learner's permit and there was the eye chart thing. Lady told me to cover an eye and read the line and I couldn't do it. I thought I had 20/20 vision up until that point so it was kinda shocking that I couldn't read the handful of letters. Then she tells me to switch the eye I was using, so while I was moving my hand from one eye to the other I memorized the letters on the line with both eyes open and just rattled them off with one eye closed.

I only ever took one driving lesson after that and i did okay. Never went after the full license
Most times I don't notice I need glasses unless I'm sitting at the back of a lecture hall and I need to zoom in with my phone camera to read the slides, or if I'm walking down the street and I can't make out a sign. Cover my right eye and then I have trouble making out small details.

I'm all for fun ways to spice up the game but when they become the crutch of gamesolving (oh village had this role so wolves must have this role, there can't be two of this ability, etc. etc.) then I'm annoyed.

I guess I should rephrase my argument to "I hate it when people use mechanics to angleshoot"
