Supplemental application fee, Pay immediately or wait for email from school?

I submit my AADSAS end of August, received emails from school to pay the fee, where the rest have no response. Interestingly, CUL sends an email about the received application but nowhere it says about paying the fee.

Should I just go to their site to pay it now? I have FAP and wanted to minimize these fees.
