General Admissions & OTCAS Switching programs after they have started?

I'm more curious than anything, I don't plan on actually doing this but lets say if you were accepted to School A but decided to go to School B. What are the chances School A would let you into their program 6 weeks into it as we are now? Assuming your reason wasn't academic.

I would imagine school A would have already filled their cohort by adding someone from the wait list. To the best of my knowledge, programs are full by the time classes start.
Not to mention, you would be 6 weeks behind in coursework? Hard for me to imagine how ANY student could successfully overcome that gap.
Whether special accomodations can be made, I have no idea.
