Hey guys!
I need some advice! I already took the mcat three times. first time i got a 14, then a 24 and then another 14=/ Thing is that everytime I took the mcat, i had some sort of family issue going on that I could not mentally dedicate myself to MCATs and the only reason why i was taking it at the time was because I was in an accelerated program which required me to take the mcats at that time and we needed to get a particular score..(which i did not get=/) i will be graduating with my degree in three years. (been taking 21 credits per semester lol) spent a summer volunteering in a hospital in india, have many student leadership positions and working on some research. i will be working this following year trying to volunteer or finding research. This is one thing that I really wanted to do and I know that this time around, i can definitley dedicated myself to MCATs if i allowed myself to be. However, i was wondering with my stats, would there be any point of me taking my MCATs again? I'm not looking for MD schools, I really like the idea of osteopathic medicine, not just saying it, was on an undergraduate campus with a d.o school on campus lol and i'll be applying to just d.o schools. However, i really do not want to take the MCATs again if I know that there is no point of me going through all that emotional and physical stress if no school will take me=/ let me know what you guys think! Thank you!
