taking two 1 hour PE classes in same semester?

need 2 more hours for the semester and cant take any more hard sciences. would taking 2 PE courses in the same semester look bad on a transcript, in terms of med school admissions?

In UC Berkeley, people take credits from Decal. It's something like 'help kids read' or gardening. They are designed to be fun and unique and fulfilling.
So I think it's fine given that a lot of UC Berkeley students go to medical school with those credits in their transcript.
But I won't be too sure if you are taking it for grades though. It could look as if you are padding your GPA with bunch of A's from those.

It is highly unlikely that anyone will look that closely at your transcript. Don't worry about it.

I once took two 0.5 hour PE courses in one semester and no one batted an eye at it. Enjoy.
